At Hilltop Structures, we’re happy to offer you custom and prebuilt cabins, prebuilt horse barns, prebuild storage sheds, garages, and more for customers throughout Middle Tennessee and the Southeast. And while we love working with our customers to build the perfect structures for their properties, we also know that not everyone has the time to wait for a custom building. We also know that many people don’t need anything beyond a standard structure, especially since all of our buildings are made with high-quality materials, are highly versatile, and are designed to last for decades.
For example Mr. Parker a local man stopped in at our display lot last Wed morning before we were officially open. Seeing him there, we asked if we could assist him and he told us he had already picked out a 10×16 Jefferson storage building online from our inventory page and even knew how much the monthly Rent to own payment was. Dave took him to the office and filled out the paperwork, and got him on his back on the way to his job as quick as possible with a commitment to deliver the shed the following afternoon. From the time he showed up on our lot till we delivered the building was less than 30 hrs! We can’t always promise that quick of a turn around but we will do our best to serve your needs in a timely manner.

But we know that many customers want to see their big investment in person before they finalize the purchase. With our already built buildings, you can inspect every square inch and even walk inside before deciding which one to have delivered to your property.
2. You don’t have to wait to get one. There are plenty of perks to custom ordering one of our buildings, but a big drawback for many customers is having to wait for their buildings to be completed. Our current inventory is finished and ready to go. That means you can get it to your property as soon as you’re ready to have it set up. There’s no wait time for the construction process or finishing touches.
3. You can get a discount. Many of our already built structures are available at discounted rates. By buying already built over custom, you can save hundreds of dollars—especially if you choose one of our buildings that’s currently on sale. If you’re in the market for a great deal on a already built building, you should act fast. Due to our fall discounts, the specific building you like the best may be sold , so don’t delay if you need a cabin, garage, barn, or shed for your property.
4. You don’t have to make tough decisions. Buying a new structure can be and often is a major investment. For many customers, it can be difficult to decide on how they want their custom structures built. Choices include styles, colors, sizes, window numbers and types, siding, insulation, and more. By purchasing an already built structure, many of the decisions are already made for you. All you have to do is find a building that’s the right size, color, and function for your needs and arrange for us to deliver and set it up at your property.
