Standard Features Include:

  • Insulated windows (vinyl clay or bronze alum)
  • Fiberglass doors either 9 light or solid 6 panel
  • 40 yr. metal roof (ask about our new wave panel)
  • Sherwin Williams Paint (2 coats)
  • Ceilings insulated with spray in foam
  • Interior finished with 1×8 T&G interior paneling and clear coat sealer
  • Comes with 12,000 BTU ac / heat unit (GE is standard)
  • Laminate flooring throughout
