Rocky Mountain II Modular Cabin

The Rocky Mountain II Cabin features a porch on the long side of the cabin; with a wrap-around porch section on one end . This layout gives you the option of two bedrooms, and two baths. With 839sqft of living space; this makes a great retirement cabin, Mother in Law suit or a cabin down by the lake.

Standard Options Include:

  • Full length front porch w/ wrap-around portion on the side
  • Insulated vinyl windows
  • R-13 insulation for walls only (in the ceiling we highly recommend using 5” of open cell foam)
  • Fiberglass doors Full Glass French and solid 6 panel (more options available upon request)
  • 40 year warranty metal roof
  • 1×8” tongue & groove white pine interior siding
  • 1×4 pine trim for windows & doors
  • Starburst ceiling braces
  • Exterior siding is painted with (2) coats of Sherwin Williams paint.
  • Interior Sprayed with a clear coat sealer to protect the walls.
  • Delivered and installed on your prepared site. (Crawl space drawing available on request.)
