Although there are many tiny home styles to choose from, the Park Model RV has emerged as the most popular style. This style ranges in size from 12×38 up to 14×38 and is typically 400 square feet of living space not including porches and lofts. Our Park Model RV cabins also include most of the same amenities found in a traditional home such as full size refrigerator, washer and dryer hookups, cooking range and stove, ductless split heating and cooling unit and on demand hot water.

Smoky Mountain Tiny Home
The largest of our Park Model RV Cabins, this deluxe tiny home comes in various sizes with a 10’ screened porch. This one bedroom, one bathroom with kitchen and living area also has a 8’ loft that can be used as a second bedroom or additional storage space. This tiny home model comes with a lot of amenities such as rustic cabinets, galvanized metal accents, oil rubbed bronze fixtures, dark trim accents, a black kitchen sink and so much more to make you feel at home. Some of the standard options include: insulated windows, open cell spray foam insulation, deluxe vinyl plank flooring, fiberglass doors and LP engineered lap siding.
Lake Tahoe Tiny Home
This unique side entry cabin comes with two bedrooms, one bathroom, living and kitchen space as well as a roomy loft. This style has lots of windows and a 4×4 covered awning. This tiny home features amenities such as rustic cabinets with a solid wood top, galvanized metal accents and whitewashed ceiling in the living area. Some of the standard options worth mentioning include lifeproof laminate flooring throughout, loft with ladder and railing, corner shower with toilet and vanity and so much more.
Country Cabin Tiny Home
This style is one of our most popular with one bedroom, one bathroom, kitchen and living area. One fun feature is the compact stairway to a small loft that is very practical for children. This tiny home includes many of the same amenities as the other models as well as a large corner shower for your comfort. The Country Cabin comes in various sizes, with the most common being the 12×38. Our larger units come with a larger screened porch.

All our Park Model Tiny Homes undergo inspection by RVIA inspectors and comply with all ANSI A119.5 Codes for Recreational Park Trailers.
