Proper delivery and set up of your cabin, shed or horse barn is very important. Improper setup can cause a building to shift, and settle which can cause frustrations and possible building damage if not corrected. If a building settles, one of the first things you will notice is that the door may not latch correctly, or the door is rubbing at the top or bottom of the door frame.  Here at Hilltop Structures, we want to protect your investment which is why we take the time to discuss this very important aspect with each customer. For our smaller sheds that are set on average terrain, we will use concrete blocks to stabilize your building at no additional cost to you, our valued customer. On larger structures we do recommend additional site preparation to ensure that your building will sit level and secure for many years to come. We are happy to recommend skilled craftsmen to help prepare your site if needed, so feel free to ask. Site leveling, and preparation is the customers responsibility (although we will be glad to assist you), so it is very important to plan. Once you have secured the best location for your structure, next you need to determine which way it should be positioned, allowing ample room for our delivery trucks to maneuver. We do our very best to respect your property, trees and landscaping during the entire delivery and set up process.

To make the delivery and set up process quick and easy, we are enclosing a checklist to help you determine what steps should be taken prior to delivery. Please feel free to call our office if you have additional questions regarding the set up and delivery process.
